Abstract
ABSTRAK
Gisela Dueva Wisanggeni: Penghayatan Iman Katolik Tentang Bunda Maria Bagi Umat Berlatar Belakang Petani Di Lingkungan Prambatan Ponorogo.
Bunda Maria merupakan teladan iman bagi umat Katolik. Keteladanan hidup Bunda Maria mendorong umat Katolik untuk semakin menghayati imannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, secara khusus bagi umat yang kesulitan salah satunya adalah petani. Sebagai seorang petani Katolik di Lingkungan Prambatan yang hidup di pedesaan, tentu sangat menggantungkan hidupnya pada keberhasilan panen yang sering kali mengalami ketidakpastian dan juga kegagalan dari bermacam faktor. Penghayatan iman kepada Bunda Maria menjadi nyata terutama bagi para petani, karena Bunda Maria sering hadir kepada mereka yang miskin dan sederhana.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara terstruktur. Tempat penelitian di lingkungan Prambatan, Stasi Ratu Damai Slahung, Ponorogo. Informan pada penelitian ini berjumlah sepuluh (10) umat katolik yang berprofesi sebagai petani atau buruh tani dan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan petani atau buruh tani Katolik di lingkungan Prambatan menghayati imannya kepada Bunda Maria dalam kehidupan sehari-hari melalui dinamika yang terjadi. Dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup sebagai seorang petani, mereka justru lebih dapat merasakan kehadiran dan pertolongan Bunda Maria melalui devosi kepada Bunda Maria, maupun peristiwa-peristiwa kehidupan yang mereka maknai sebagai bentuk penyertaan Tuhan melalui Bunda Maria. Penghayatan iman sebagai petani Katolik kepada Bunda Maria ditunjukkan melalui keteguhan iman, kesetiaan, dan yang paling kuat adalah devosi kepada Bunda Maria yang tidak hanya sebagai sebuah praktek kegiatan rohani, tetapi juga menjadi kekuatan iman sebagai seorang petani Katolik yang hidup di pedesaan.

Gisela Dueva Wisanggeni: “Internalization of the Catholic Faith on Mother Mary for the Faithful with a Farmer Background in Prambatan Environment Ponorogo”
Mother Mary serves as a model of faith to the Catholic faithful. The examplany life of Mother Mary pushes the Catholic Faithful to internalize his faith in daily life, especially to those faithful who are in difficult time, one of those is the farmer. As a Catholic farmer in Prambatan environment that living in a rural area surely they have to depend on far one’s livelihood to the successful harvest that often time experiences uncertainty and failare in harvest from various factors. Faith internalization to the Mother Mary becomes real mainly to those farmers, because Mother Mary often presents to those who are poor and simple lifestyle.
This research applies qualitative method. Data gathering was done through structured interview technique. Place of research isPr, basic ecclesial community of Ratu Damai Slahung, Ponorogo. The informants of this research are ten (10) Catholic faithful who have a profession as farmers and farm laborers and being chosen using the technique of purpose sampling.
Based on the results of this research found that Catholic farmers and farm laborers in Lingkungan Prambatan internalize their faith to Mother Mary in daily life through the dynamics that occurred. In dealing with life challenges as a farmer, they feel more the present and assistance of Mother Mary through devosion to Mother Mary, as well as life events where they perceive as the sign of God’s presence through Mother Mary. Fait internalization as a Catholic farmer to the Mother Mary is shown through firmness in faith, faithfulness, the strongest is devotion to Mother Mary that is not only practice of spiritual activities, but also becomes spiritual strength as a Catholic farmer who lives in rural area.
