Abstract
Crisensia Fitri: Penghayatan Semangat Frank Duff Bagi Anggota Legio Maria di Paroki Kelahiran Santa Perawan Maria Surabaya
Umat beriman Kristiani yang oleh pembaptisan menjadi anggota tubuh Kristus yang bersatu dengan Yesus dan menjadi anggota Gereja dipanggil untuk melakasanakan tugas perutusan yang dipercayakan Allah kepada Gereja dalam kehidupan nyata di dunia. Oleh karena itu tidak sedikit orang beriman termasuk kaum awam yang terlibat dalam karya kerasulan Gereja, salah satunya yaitu Legio Maria. Kaum awam yang dengan dedikasi penuh dan dengan semangatnya mendirikan Legio Maria ialah Frank Duff. Ia seorang yang cerdas, bijaksana, saleh, seorang birokrat yang tekun, berprestasi dan konsisten. Legio Maria tidak hanya bertujuan untuk membangun relasi dengan Allah tetapi juga membangun hubungan sosial dan pelayanan di dunia, terkhusus Legio Maria di paroki Kelsapa, Surabaya.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui pemahaman para legioner tengang Legio Maria itu sendiri (2) Mengetahui pemahaman Legio Maria tentang semangat Frank Duff (3) Mengetahui dampak penghayatan semangat Frank Duff bagi anggota Legio Maria.
Teknik analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data menggunakan teknik wawancara langsung di lapangan kepada para Legioner di Paroki Kelsapa.
Dari hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa penghayatan para legioner terhadap semangat Frank Duff sudah diterapkan dalam kehidupannya dan juga dalam komunitas Legio Maria itu sendiri.

Crisensia Fitri: “Internalization of the Spirit of Frank Duff for the member of the Legion of Mary in Kelahiran Perawan Maria Parish, Surabaya”
Christian believers through the sacrament of the baptism become the members of the body of Christ be one with Jesus and become the members of the Church, called to do the mission tasks trusted by God to the Church in daily real life in this world. Because of the said reason, many believers included laity who involve in the apostolic works of the Church, one of them is the Legion of Mary. Laity with full dedication and with its spirit in founding the Legion of Mary is Frank Duff. He is smart, wise, pious, a diligent bureaucrat, achieving, and consistent. The Legion of Mary is not intended to build the relationship with God but also building the social relationship and service in this world, especially the Legion of Mary at the Kelahiran Perawan Maria Parish, Surabaya.
The aim of this research are (1) understanding the comprehension of the Legionnaires on the Legion of Mary itself, (2) knowing the comprehension of the Legion of Mary on the spirit of Frank Duff, (3) to find out the impact of experiencing the spirit of Frank Duff on the members of the Legion of Mary.
This research data analysis technique uses a qualitative approach, data collected through direct field interview technique to all the Legionnaires at the Kelahiran Perawan Maria Parish, Surabaya.
The results of this research show that the internalization of the Legionnaires to the Spirit of Frank Duff has been implemented in daily life also in the community of the Legion of Mary itself.
