Abstract

Maria Yohana Martiani Karunia : “Pelaksanaan Tugas Ketua Lingkungan Berdasar Pedoman Pastoral Pengurus Lingkungan Keuskupan Surabaya Di Paroki Ratu Pencinta Damai Surabaya”
Seorang ketua lingkungan mengambil peranan yang cukup penting dalam proses pelaksanaan penggembalaan dalam reksa pastoral. Ketua lingkungan diharapkan bersedia menyediakan diri untuk mengemban tugas melayani umat Allah. Namun, Gereja dihadapkan dengan persoalan sulitnya menemukan ketua lingkungan karena banyak yang tidak bersedia. Alasannya karena merasa diri tidak mampu dan tidak mengerti apa yang harus dilakukan sebagai ketua lingkungan. Menghadapi situasi ini, Keuskupan Surabaya berupaya menghadirkan suatu pedoman yang dapat digunakan oleh para pengurus lingkungan sebagai kompas dan penunjuk arah untuk melaksanakan tugas pelayannnya. Pedoman yang dimaksud adalah Pedoman Pastoral Pengurus Lingkungan Keuskupan Surabaya. Ketua lingkungan di Paroki Ratu Pencinta Damai Surabaya adalah salah satu paroki yang telah menggunakan pedoman ini. Namun sejauh ini belum pernah dilaksanakan evaluasi untuk melihat apakah ketua lingkungan sudah memahami dan sudah menjalankan tugasnya sesuai dengan pedoman ini.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana ketua lingkungan di Paroki Ratu Pencinta Damai Surabaya telah memahami dan melaksanakan tugasnya berdasarkan Pedoman Pastoral Pengurus Lingkungan Keuskupan Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh ketua lingkungan di Paroki Ratu Pencinta Damai Surabaya.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketua lingkungan di Paroki Ratu Pencinta Damai Surabaya memahami dengan baik setiap tugas dan tanggungjawabnya berdasarkan Pedoman Pastoral Pengurus Lingkungan Keuskupan Surabaya. Para ketua lingkungan juga telah melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan apa yang harus dilakukan berdasarkan Pedoman Pastoral Pengurus Lingkungan Keuskupan Surabaya.

Maria Yohana Martiani Karunia : The Implementation of the Responsibilities of the Community Leader Based on the Pastoral Guidelines of the Environment Management of the Surabaya Diocese in the Queen of Peace Parish - Surabaya."
A community leader plays a significant role in the implementation of pastoral care within the pastoral sector. The community leader is expected to be willing to make themselves available to undertake the task of serving the people of God. However, the Church is confronted with the challenge of finding it difficult to appoint a community leader because many are unwilling. The reason is that they feel incapable and do not understand what needs to be done as a community leader. In response to this situation, the Surabaya Diocese seeks to provide a guideline that can be used by community administrators as a compass and guide to fulfill their service duties. The guideline referred to is the Pastoral Guidelines for the Environment Management of the Surabaya Diocese. The community leader at the Queen of Peace Parish - Surabaya is one of the parishes that has been using this guideline. Nevertheless, so far, there has been no evaluation conducted to assess whether the community leader has understood and carried out their duties in accordance with this guideline.

This research aims to determine how the community leaders at the Queen of Peace Parish - Surabaya have understood and carried out their duties based on the Pastoral Guidelines for the Environment Management of the Surabaya Diocese. The method employed in this research is a descriptive quantitative approach using a survey method. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to all community leaders at the Queen of Peace Parish in Surabaya.

The results of this research indicate that the community leaders at the Queen of Peace Parish - Surabaya have a good understanding of their duties and responsibilities based on the Pastoral Guidelines for the Environment Management of the Surabaya Diocese. The community leaders have also carried out their duties in accordance with what is stated in the Pastoral Guidelines for the Environment Management of the Surabaya Diocese.
