Abstract

Aditya Bima Nugraha: Penerapan Kode Etik Pembina BIAK menurut Komisi Anak Keuskupan Surabaya di Paroki St. Fransiskus Assisi Mojorejo.
Keberlangsungan kegiatan BIAK (Bina Iman Anak Katolik), tidak terlepas dari peran seorang pembina BIAK. Pembina BIAK merupakan seorang yang membina iman anak dalam kegiatan BIAK. Dalam hal ini, Komisi Anak Keuskupan Surabaya menyampaikan akan pentingnya kode etik bagi seorang pembina BIAK. Komisi Anak Keuskupan Surabaya merumuskan ada delapan poin penting dalam kode etik pembina BIAK. Paroki St. Fransiskus Assisi Mojorejo yang termasuk sebagai salah satu paroki dari Keuskupan Surabaya memiliki tanggung jawab pula dalam melaksanakan kode etik pembina BIAK tersebut. Masalahnya: Bagaimana penerapan kode etik pembina BIAK menurut Komisi Anak Keuskupan Surabaya di Paroki St. Fransiskus Assisi Mojorejo? Penelitian ini diadakan untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Responden penelitian adalah para pembina BIAK dari masing-masing stasi yang menjadi bagian dari Paroki St. Fransiskus Assisi Mojorejo. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 orang pembina BIAK.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para pembina BIAK telah memahami mengenai kode etik pembina BIAK menurut Komisi Anak Keuskupan Surabaya. Para pembina BIAK memahami bahwa kode etik pembina BIAK ditujukan sebagai standar pembinaan seorang pembina BIAK. Kode etik pembina BIAK pun juga telah diterapkan dengan baik. Penerapan-penerapan itu diterapkan berdasarkan delapan poin kode etik pembina BIAK yang telah disusun oleh Komisi Anak Keuskupan Surabaya., yakni: pendamping anak dalam hubungannya dengan anak-anak; pendampingan anak dalam liturgi; pendampingan anak dalam hubungannya dengan keluarga; pendamping anak dalam hubungannya dengan rekan-rekan pendamping; pendamping anak dalam hubungannya dengan komunitas; pendamping anak dalam hubungannya dengan calon pendamping; pendamping anak dalam hubungannya dengan pimpinan; dan pendamping anak sebagai pribadi.

Aditya Bima Nugraha: Implementation of the BIAK Coaching Code of Ethics according to the Children's Commission of the Surabaya Diocese at St. Francis of Assisi Parish-Mojorejo.
The sustainability of BIAK (Bina Iman Anak Katolik) activities cannot be separated from the role of a BIAK coach. A BIAK coach is someone who builds children's faith in BIAK activities. A BIAK coach should have the ability, willingness and willingness to educate, develop, guide, civilize, shape and care for children in BIAK activities. In this case, the Surabaya Diocese Children's Commission will conveyed the importance of a code of ethics for a BIAK coach.. The Children's Commission of the Surabaya Diocese has determined eight important points which include the code of ethics for BIAK coaches. St. Francis of Assisi Parish-Mojorejo, which is included as one of the parishes of the Surabaya Diocese, also has responsibility for implementing the BIAK code of ethics. The problem: How to apply the code of ethics for BIAK coaches according to the Children's Commission of the Surabaya Diocese in the St. Francis of Assisi Parish-Mojorejo? This research was conducted to answer these problems.
This study used qualitative research methods. The research respondents were BIAK supervisors from each station that is part of St. Francis of Assisi Parish-Mojorejo. The number of respondents in this study were 7 BIAK coaches.
The results of the research show that BIAK coaches understand the code of ethics for BIAK coaches according to the Surabaya Diocese Children's Commission. BIAK coaches understand that the BIAK coach code of ethics is intended as a training standard for a BIAK coach. The code of ethics for BIAK coaches has also been implemented well. These applications are implemented based on the eight-point code of ethics for BIAK coaches which has been prepared by the Children's Commission of the Surabaya Diocese, namely: accompanying children on permits with children; accompanying children in the liturgy; assisting children in technical matters with their families; accompanying children in technical matters with accompanying colleagues; accompanying children as a whole with the community; accompanying the child in its entirety with potential companions; accompanying children in technical matters with leadership; and accompanying children as individuals.
