Abstract
ABSTRAK
Angela Merici Puspita Ayu W.A: “Peran Aktif Orang Muda Katolik di Paroki Mater Dei Madiun dalam Perayaan Ekaristi Hari Minggu”
Orang Muda Katolik adalah komunitas kreativitas, pengembangan, kerangka generasi muda di lingkungan Gereja Katolik. Tujuan dari adanya Orang Muda Katolik (OMK) adalah untuk melayani Tuhan dan sesama manusia. Orang muda adalah generasi harapan bagi keluarga, Gereja, Nusa dan Bangsa. Bergabung dengan gereja adalah panggilan yang sangat istimewa, karena kita adalah anggota tubuh Kristus. Orang muda katolik harus bisa menjadi dasar pelatihan sekaligus inspirasi dan motivasi untuk mengikuti berbagai kegiatan gereja.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Wawancara dilakukan kepada keluarga Katolik, yang dipandang relevan untuk memberikan informasi terkait peran OMK dalam perayaan Ekaristi Hari Minggu. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian yang dilaksanakan menggunakan teknik wawancara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran aktif Orang Muda Katolik di Paroki Mater Dei Madiun dalam Perayaan Ekaristi Hari Minggu.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Orang Muda Katolik (OMK) di gereja sangatlah penting, karena orang muda katolik adalah generasi penerus gereja. Mereka yang nantinya akan melanjutkan setiap tugas dari orang tua mereka untuk terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan Gereja.

Angela Merici Puspita Ayu W.A: “The Active Role of Young Catholics in Mater Dei Madiun Parish in Sunday Eucharistic Celebration.”
Cathalic Young People are a community of creativity, development, the framework of the younger generation within thw Catholic Church. The purpose of the Catholic Young is to serve God and his fellow human beings. Young people are the generation of hope for the family, the Church, Nusa and the Nation. Joining the church is a very special calling, because we are members of the body of Christ. Young Catholics should be able to be the basis of training as well as inspiration and motivation to participate in various church activities.
The research method used in this study is qualitative research. Interviews were conducted with Catholic families, who were deemed relevant to provide information regarding the role of young people in the celebration of the Eucharist Sunday. Research data collection techniques carried out using interview techniques. The purpose of this study was to find out how the active role of Catholic Young People in Mater Dei Madiun Parish in Sunday Eucharistic Celebration
The results showed that the role of young Catholics in the church is very important, because young Catholics are the next generation of the church. Those who would later continue each assignment of their parents to be actively involved in Church activities.
