Abstract

Karolin Bera: “Visi, Rancangan Strategis dan Kepemimpinan Sekolah Menengah Atas Katolik Yayasan Yohanes Gabriel di Kota Madiun dalam Terang Gravissimum Educationis”
Kehadiran Gereja di dunia persekolahan secara khas tampak melalui Sekolah Katolik. GE art 8 mengungkapkan bahwa ciri khas Sekolah Katolik terletak pada lingkungan hidup sekolah yang dijiwai oleh semangat Injil, kebebasan dan cinta kasih, serta membantu kaum muda supaya terus berupaya mengembangkan kepribadiannya secara utuh dan sebagai ciptaan baru.
Seluruh kegiatan di Sekolah Katolik dijiwai oleh nilai-nilai injil dan dipakai sebagai landasan dalam mengatur tata kelola sekolah itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu visi, rancangan strategis, serta kepemimpinan Sekolah Katolik tidak lepas dari nilai-nilai kekatolikan yang tertuang dalam GE.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Kumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara langsung secara individual. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan pendekatan induktif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Madiun pada tiga Sekolah Katolik yaitu SMA St. Bonaventura, SMK St. Bonaventura 1 dan SMK St. Bonaventura 2. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan antara lain: menganalisis kepemimpinan dan tata kelola Sekolah Menengah Atas Yayasan Yohanes Gabriel di Kota Madiun dalam Terang Gravissimum Educationis (GE).
Hasil analisa data penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa mayoritas resonden mengatakan bahwa GE telah menjiwai tata kelola sekolah dan kepemimpinan di sekolah. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari adanya relasi, kerja sama, tata kelola dan kepemimpinan sekolah yang sudah berjalan dengan baik dan dijiwai oleh nilai-nilai kekatolikan dan injil seperti cinta kasih, pelayanan, pengorbanan, kesetiaan, kerjasama dan lain-lain sebagaimana tertuang dalam GE art 8.
Hasil analisa data penelitian tentang upaya penanaman nilai-nilai kekatolikan dari dokumen GE dalam tata kelola, kepemimpinan dan kegiatan belajar mengajar di Sekolah Katolik mengungkapkan mayoritas responden telah berupaya menanamkan nilai-nilai kekatolikan dalam GE kepada para siswa, guru, karyawan dan karyawati di sekolah melalui berbagai kegiatan di sekolah terutama melalui pembinaan rohani seperti pendalaman iman bagi para siswa, pelayanan guru dan siswa di gereja sebagai lektor dan pebawa koor, kegiatan rekoleksi dan ret-ret tahunan yang diselenggarakan sekolah.

The Church's presence in the world of schooling can be seen through Catholic schools. GE art 8 reveals that the hallmark of a Catholic school lies in the school's living environment which is imbued with the spirit of the Gospel, freedom and love, and helps young people to develop their personality as a whole and as new creations.
All activities in Catholic schools are imbued with the values of the Bible and are used as a basis for managing the governance of the school itself. Therefore the vision, strategic design, and leadership of the Catholic School cannot be separated from the Catholic values in GE.
This study uses a qualitative method. The research data collection was carried out using a direct interview technique. Research data were analyzed with an inductive approach. This research was conducted in the city of Madiun at three Catholic schools, namely St. Bonaventure High School, St. Bonaventure Vocational High School 1, and St. Bonaventura Vocational High School 2. The objective of the research was to analyze the leadership and governance of the High Schools belongs to St. Yohanes Gabriel foundation in Madiun city in the light of Gravissimum Educationis.
The results of data analysis revealed that majority of respondents said that GE had animated school governance and leadership. This can be seen from the existence of relationships, cooperation, governance and school leadership which have been already running well and imbuing with Catholic and gospel values such as love, service, sacrifice, loyalty, and cooperation as stated in the GE.
The results of data analysis on efforts to instill Catholic values in governance, leadership, teaching and learning activities in the schools reveal that majority of respondents have been attempting to instill Catholic values to students, teachers, and employees at school through various activities at school, especially through spiritual activities such as deepening the faith of the students, the ministry of teachers and students in the church, recollection, and annual retreats held by the schools.
