Abstract
Manfaat Perayaan Ekaristi Bagi Perkembangan Iman Umat Lingkungan St. Gregorius Paroki Mater Dei Madiun
Perayaan Ekaristi adalah ungkapan pujian syukur atas karya penyelamatan Allah yang terlaksana melalui Yesus Kristus, sebagai puncak dalam peristiwa wafat dan kebangkitan Kristus, dengan pujian syukur itu, Gereja mengenangkan atau menghadirkan misteri penebusan Kristus itu sampai sekarang. Ekaristi merupakan sumber dan puncak hidup Gereja, sebab dalam Ekaristi terjalin relasi yang saling menguatkan satu dengan yang lain maupun Gereja dengan Allah. Dengan mengikuti perayaan Ekaristi, umat secara tidak langsung memupuk imannya untuk berkembang. Namun sebagian umat kurang memahami hakekat Ekaristi dan makna kurban misa itu sendiri. Adanya kenyataan bahwa tidak sedikit umat yang pasif, karena kurang semangat dan kurangnya dorongan dari orang terdekat.
Peneliti ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Responden penelitian adalah umat lingkungan St. Gregorius Paroki Mater Dei Madiun. Jumlah responden penelitian terdiri dari 10 umat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Mendeskripsikan pengertian Ekaristi. (2) Mendeskripsikan pengertian perkembangan iman bagi umat Paroki Mater Dei Madiun. (3) Mendeskripsikan manfaat perayaan Ekaristi yang diadakan di Paroki Mater Dei Madiun bagi perkembangan iman umat lingkungan St. Gregorius Paroki Mater Dei Madiun.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian 10 responden menyatakan bahwa manfaat perayaan Ekaristi memiliki pengaruh bagi perkembangan iman umat. Perkembangan iman umat ditandai dengan umat yang semakin menyadari bahwa dalam Ekaristi umat menerima roti dan anggur sebagai lambang persatuan iman dengan Allah serta umat semakin sadar bahwa Ekaristi merupakan pusat kehidupan Gereja.

Benefits of the celebration Eucharist for the development faith the people of St. Gregorius at Mater dei Madiun Parish
The celebration of the Eucharist is an expression of thanksgiving for God's saving work carried out through Jesus Christ, as the culmination of the event of Christ's death and resurrection, with thanksgiving, the Church commemorates or presents the mystery of Christ's redemption until now. The Eucharist is the source and peak life of the Church, because in the Eucharist there is a mutually reinforcing relationship between the Church and God. By following the celebration of the Eucharist, people indirectly grow their faith. However, some people do not understand the essence of the Eucharist and the meaning of the sacrifice of the mass itself. In fact, not a few people are passive, due to lack of enthusiasm and lack of encouragement from those closest to them.
This research uses a qualitative method. The respondents of this research were the people of the St. Gregorius in Mater Dei parish Madiun. The number of research respondents consisted of 10 people. The aims of this research are: (1) To describe the meaning of the Eucharist. (2) Describe the meaning of faith development for the parishioners of Mater Dei Madiun. (3) Describe the benefits of celebrating the Eucharist held at the Mater Dei Madiun Parish for the development faith of the people of St. Gregorius at Mater Dei Madiun Parish.
Based on research results, 10 respondents stated that the benefits of celebrating the Eucharist affect the development faith of the people. The development faith of the people is marked by the increasing awareness of the people that in the Eucharist they receive bread and wine as a symbol of the union of faith with God, and the people are increasingly aware that the Eucharist is the center of the life Church.
