Abstract
Kehadiran Gravissimum Educationis turut membawa suatu misi baru dalam perziarahan Gereja Katolik di dunia. Guru agama Katolik adalah salah satu instrumen penting yang dibicarakan dalam Gravissimum Educationis. Guru agama Katolik adalah seorang pendidik profesional dengan tugas utama mengajarkan pengetahuan iman Katolik, mendidik dan membimbing para peserta didik. Guru Agama Katolik memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan misi baru yang telah ditawarkan Gravissimum Educationis.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan konsep-konsep yang mendasari penghayatan spiritualitas guru Agama Katolik dalam hidup sehari-hari. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Studi pustaka dilaksanakan sebagai bagian untuk mempelajari dan memecahkan masalah yang berpijak pada sumber teori utama, yakni Gravissimum Educationis sebagai kebenaran teori, dan didukung oleh teori dari sumber data lain yang relevan. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan beberapa poin penting yang mendasari penghayatan spiritualitas guru Agama Katolik, yakni kesadaran diri, keyakinan iman yang mendalam, dan aksi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa spiritualitas diwujudkan dalam penghayatan panggilan guru agama Katolik sebagai pendidik profesional. Spiritualitas guru agama Katolik berakar dari persatuan yang mesra dengan Yesus Kristus, melalui berkat kelahiran kembali dari air dan Roh Kudus menjadi ciptaan baru. Spiritualitas yang mendalam membuat seoorang guru agama Katolik lebih maksimal dalam mengoptimalkan kompetensi yang dimilikinya. Guru Agama Katolik harus menjalakan tugas dan misinya yang dijiwai oleh spiritualitas kerasulan. Kerasulan guru agama Katolik dijalankan atas dasar iman, harapan, cinta kasih, yang dicurahkan oleh Roh Kudus. Kerasulan ini dapat mencapai suatu hasil yang maksimal, bila guru agama Katolik memiliki spiritualitas yang mendalam. Wujud spiritualitas dalam kerasulan guru Agama Katolik nampak pada sikap sadar dan keyaninan iman yang mendalam, dan aksi nyata dalam tugas perutusan dan hidup sehari-hari.

The presence of Gravissimum Educationis helped bring about a new mission in the passage of Catholic church in the world. The Catholic religion teacher is one of the important instruments discussed in Gravissimum Educationis. Catholic religious teachers are professional educators with the main task of teaching knowledge of the Catholic faith, educating and guiding all students. Catholic religious teachers have an important role in realizing the new mission offered by Gravissimum Educationis.
The study’s was intended to find concepts underlying appreciation for the spirituality of Catholic religious teachers in daily life. This research was conducted using the library research method. library research was conducted to examine and solve problems based on the main theory source, namely Gravissimum Educationis as truth of the theory, and supported by other relevant theoretical sources. The study's overall results indicate that several important points that underlie the spirituality of Catholic religious teachers, namely self-awareness, strong faith beliefs, and real actions.
Based on the results of this research, the authors can conclude that high spirituality needs to be realized in the appreciation of the vocation of Catholic religious teachers as professional educators. The spirituality of Catholic religious teacher comes from intimate union with Jesus Christ, through the blessing of being born again of water and the Holy Spirit becoming a new creation. Deep spirituality makes a Catholic religion teacher more leverage in optimizing his competence. Teachers of Catholic Religion must carry out their duties and missions which are imbued with apostleship spirituality. The apostolate of Catholic religious teachers is carried out on the basis of faith, hope, love, which is poured out by the Holy Spirit. This apostolate can achieve maximum results, if the Catholic religious teacher has a deep spirituality. The manifestation of the apostleship spirituality of Catholic religious teachers can be seen in their conscious attitude and deep faith belief, and real actions in missionary duties and daily life.
