Abstract
Agar Ekaristi mahakudus dapat diterimakan kepada anak-anak, dituntut bahwa mereka memiliki pemahaman cukup dan telah dipersiapkan dengan seksama, sehingga dapat memahami Kristus sesuai dengan daya-tangkap mereka dan mampu menyambut Tubuh Tuhan dengan iman dan Khidmat (KHK, Kan. 913). Maka dari itu Keuskupan Surabaya menerbitkan Buku Pedoman Penerimaan Komuni Pertama. Dipakai oleh seluruh Paroki di Keuskupan Surabaya sebagai pedoman yang mengatur dan mempersiapkan para calon Komuni Pertama. Namun realitanya terdapat persyaratan yang berbeda-beda bagi calon Komuni Pertama di berbagai Paroki Keuskupan Surabaya. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah tersebut maka dirumuskan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: Apakah penerimaan Komuni Pertama itu? Bagaimanakah isi Pedoman Penerimaan Komuni Pertama Keuskupan Surabaya? Bagaimanakah Pedoman Penerimaan Komuni Pertama dilaksanakan di Paroki St. Cornelius Madiun.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Penerimaan Komuni Pertama; 2) Isi dari Pedoman Penerimaan Komuni Pertama Keuskupan Surabaya; 3) Pelaksanaan Pedoman Penerimaan Komuni Pertama Keuskupan Surabaya di Paroki St. Cornelius Madiun. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara pada 8 responden yang di dipilih secara Purposive Sampling. Waktu penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti berlangsung pada bulan 30 Juni- 13 Juli 2020.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa calon Komuni Pertama adalah mereka yang sudah dibaptis secara Katolik, penerimaan Komuni Pertama yaitu peristiwa dimana seseorang menerima Tubuh dan Darah Kristus pertama kali di dalam hidupnya dengan iman dan khikmat, maka dari itu para calon dipersiapkan dengan memenuhi persyaratan-persyaratan yang ditentukan supaya bisa memahami Sakramen Ekaristi yang disambut. Isi Buku Pedoman Penerimaan Komuni Pertama yaitu hakekat dan makna Ekaristi, persyaratan-persyaratan, tujuan pendampingan, serta hal-hal praktis (tempat, waktu, pendacatatan, kegiatan tindak lanjut, dan agenda kegiatan). Pelaksanaan Buku Pedoman Penerimaan Komuni Pertama Keuskupan Surabaya di Paroki St. Cornelius Madun bisa dilihat dari persyaratan-persyaratan, hal-hal praktis, materi ajar, dan Buku Pedoman Penerimaan Komuni Pertama Keuskupan Surabaya sebagai acuan utama dalam Buku Persiapan Komuni Pertama Paroki St.Cornelius Madiun. Jadi Paroki St. Cornelius Madiun sudah melaksanakan Buku Pedoman Komuni Pertama Keuskupan Surabaya (87,5%), walalupun belum sepenuhnya melaksanakan (12,5%) karena harus menyesuaikan dengan kondisi di Paroki

In order for the most holy Eucharist to be received to children, it is demanded that they have sufficient understanding and have been carefully prepared, so that they can understand Christ according to their perceptive powers and be able to receive the Body of God with faith and solemnity (KHK, Kan. 913). Therefore the Surabaya Diocese published a book Pedoman Penerimaan Komuni Pertama. Used by all parishes in the Surabaya Diocese as a guideline for regulating and preparing Faris Communion candidates. However, in reality, there are different requirements for candidates for First Communion in various parishes of the Surabaya Diocese. Based on the background of the problem, the formulation of the problem is formulated as follows: what is the reception of First Communion? How is the content Pedoman Penerimaan Komuni Pertama Surabaya Dioceses? How Pedoman Penerimaan Komuni Pertama held at the St. Cornelius Parish Madiun?
This research aims to describe: 1) First Communion reception; 2) Content of Pedoman Penerimaan Komuni Pertama Surabaya Diocese; 3) Implementation Pedoman Penerimaan Komuni Pertama Surabaya Diocese in the St. Cornelius Parish Madiun. To achieve this goal, this research uses qualitative methods, by collecting data through interviews with 8 respondens who were selected by Purposive Sampling. The research time used by the researchers took pleace from June 30 to July 12, 2020.
The research concluded that the candidates for First Communion are those hwo have been baptized Catholic, receiving First Communion is an event where a person receives the Body and Blood of Christ for the firs time in his life with faith and wisdom, therefore the candidates are prepared by fulfilling the specified conditions so that can understand the Sacrament of the Eucharist which is welcomed. The contents of the book Pedoman Penerimaan Komuni Pertama namely the essence and meaning of the Eucharist, requirements, mentoring goals, and practical things (place, time, records, follow-up, and agenda of activities). Book Implementation Penerimaan Komuni Pertama Surabaya Diocese. At the St. Cornelius Parish Madiun can be seen from requirements, practical things, teaching materials, and books Pedoman Penerimaan Komuni Pertama Surabaya Diocese as the main reference in the book Persiapan Komuni Pertama St. Cornelius Parish Madiun. So the St. Cornelius Parish Madiun has implemented the book Penerimaan Komuni Pertama Surabaya Diocese (87,5%), although not yet fully implemented (12,5%) because they have to adjust to the conditions in the Parish.
