Abstract
Bina Iman Anak Katolik (BIAK) adalah kegiatan yang mendekatkan Sabda Allah kepada anak-anak melalui cara-cara yang menggembirakan. Adapun perkembangan iman dan perubahan sikap anak BIAK juga menuntut kepekaan dari orangtua untuk selalu mendukung penuh dan mendampingi anak-anaknya dalam menumbuhkan iman.
Penelitian ini mendalami beberapa aspek mengenai pembina Bina Iman Anak Katolik (BIAK), jati diri Bina Iman Anak Katolik (BIAK) itu sendiri, program-program kegiatan Bina Iman Anak Katolik (BIAK) di wilayah 3 Paroki St. Cornelius Madiun, dan pengaruh kegiatan Bina Iman Anak Katolik (BIAK) di wilayah 3 Paroki St. Cornelius Madiun terhadap perkembangan dan penghayatan iman serta perubahan sikap anak.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara online menggunakan media aplikasi WhatsApp. Responden dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 pembina Bina Iman Anak Katolik (BIAK) wilayah 3 dan 1 orang tua dari anak yang mengikuti kegiatan Bina Iman Anak Katolik (BIAK) wilayah 3.
Hasil penelitian di lapangan menunjukan bahwa responden mampu menjelaskan dengan baik sosok pembina Bina Iman Anak Katolik (BIAK). Para responden juga memahami bahwa menjadi seorang pembina BIAK adalah sebuah panggilan dan perutusan dari Tuhan sendiri. Dalam menjalankan tugas perutusannya, para responden terkadang mengalami tantangan baik itu tantangan eksternal maupun tantangan internal. Sebanyak 4 (80%) responden mengatakan bahwa mereka belum pernah ikut pelatihan pembina BIAK. Meskipun demikian, para responden memiliki cara untuk mengatasi tantangan dan kekurangan tersebut. Kemudian berkaitan dengan jati diri Bina Iman Anak Katolik (BIAK) terdapat 4 (80%) responden mengatakan bahwa BIAK adalah pembinaan iman yang dilakukan bagi anak-anak.
Selanjutnya, sebanyak 5 (100%) responden mengungkapkan bahwa program kegiatan Bina Iman Anak Katolik (BIAK) di wilayah 3 Paroki St. Cornelius Madiun sudah berjalan dengan baik dan adanya pembina BIAK yang kreatif membuat anak-anak menjadi antusias. Kemudian terkait dengan pengaruh kegiatan Bina Iman Anak Katolik (BIAK) di wilayah 3 Paroki St. Cornelius Madiun terhadap perkembangan dan penghayatan iman serta perubahan sikap anak sebanyak 4 (80%) responden mengungkapkan bahwa sangat berpengaruh dan berdampak bagi perkembangan iman anak. Akan tetapi, sayangnya terkadang masih ada orangtua yang kurang mendukung dan mendampingi perkembangan iman anak.

Catholic Children Faith Development is an activity that brings the Word of God to children in ways that are fun. The development of faith and changes in attitudes of children also require sensitivity from parents to always fully support and assist their children in fostering faith.
This research explores several aspects regarding the Catholic Children’s Faith Development coach, the identity of Catholic Children’s Faith Development itself, the program activities of Catholic Children’s Faith Development in region 3 of St. Cornelius Madiun, and the influence of the Catholic Children’s Faith Development activities in the region 3 of St. Cornelius Madiun regarding the development and appreciation of faith and changes in children's attitudes.
This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by using online interview techniques using the WhatsApp application media. Respondents in this study consisted of 4 active coach of Catholic Children’s Faith Development in region 3 and 1 parent of children who participated in Catholic Children’s Faith Development’s activities.
The results showed that the respondents were able to explain well the figure of the Catholic Children’s Faith Development. The respondents also understood that being a coach is a calling and a mission from God himself. In carrying out their duties, sometimes have an experience challenges both external and internal. A total of 4 (80%) respondents said that they had never participated in supervisor training. However, the respondents have another ways to overcome these challenges and shortcomings. Then, in relation to the identity of Catholic Children’s Faith Development, there are 4 (80%) respondents who said that Catholic Children’s Faith Development is faith formation carried out for children.
Furthermore, as many as 5 (100%) respondents stated that the Catholic Children’s Faith Development in the region 3 of St. Cornelius Madiun was running well and the creative coaches made the children enthusiastic. Then related to the influence of Catholic Children’s Faith Development’s activities in the region 3 of St. Cornelius Madiun on the development and appreciation of faith and changes in children's attitudes as many as 4 (80%) of respondents said that it is very influential and has an impact on the development of children's faith. However, sometimes there are still parents who do not support and assist the development of the child's faith.
