Sarana dan prasarana di sekolah memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai sangat memengaruhi kualitas serta efektivitas proses belajar mengajar. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di sekolah harus diperhatikan oleh semua pihak yang terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Pengelolaan dan pengadaan sarana serta prasarana ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa semua fasilitas dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik dan mendukung proses pembelajaran secara optimal.&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan menganalisis pengelolaan serta pengadaan sarana dan prasarana di SMK Katolik St. Pius Blora. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kondisi sarana dan prasarana yang ada di sekolah serta menganalisis proses pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, seperti pengadaan, pencatatan, penghapusan, dan penginventarisasian. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan studi kasus, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis data secara induktif.&#13;
Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat berbagai permasalahan dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di SMK Katolik St. Pius Blora. Beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi antara lain kurangnya perhatian dalam pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana, keterbatasan fasilitas yang mendukung pengelolaan, serta rendahnya partisipasi guru dan staf dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di sekolah.&#13;

Novensius: ”Management of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure, a Case Study at the St. Pius Catholic Vocational High School, Blora”&#13;
The facilities and infrastructure in schools play a crucial role in supporting the learning process. The availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure greatly influences the quality and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. Therefore, the management of school facilities and infrastructure should be prioritized by all parties involved in the educational process. The goal of managing and procuring these facilities and infrastructure is to ensure that all resources are utilized effectively and optimally support the learning process.&#13;
This study aims to explore and analyze the management and procurement of facilities and infrastructure at St. Pius Catholic Vocational High School, Blora. Additionally, this research aims to examine the condition of the existing facilities and infrastructure and analyze the processes involved in managing them, such as procurement, recording, disposal, and inventory management. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study method, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and inductive data analysis.&#13;
The findings of this study reveal several issues in the management of facilities and infrastructure at St. Pius Catholic Vocational High School, Blora. Challenges include a lack of attention to the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, limited supporting facilities for management, and low participation from teachers and staff in decision-making related to the management of these resources.&#13;
