Generasi Alpha tumbuh sepenuhnya dalam lingkungan digital sehingga rentan mengalami krisis identitas spiritual akibat derasnya budaya instan dan materialisme di dunia maya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Program Pastoral Sekolah, mengidentifikasi karakteristik dan tingkat penghayatan iman siswa Generasi Alpha, serta menganalisis implementasi Program Pastoral Sekolah untuk penguatan iman siswa Generasi Alpha di SDK Budi Luhur Nganjuk.
Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan informan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling, terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru pendidikan agama Katolik, dan delapan siswa Generasi Alpha. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. 
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Pastoral Sekolah telah dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh berdasarkan panca tugas Gereja, namun masih didominasi metode ceramah yang kurang bervariasi. Siswa Generasi Alpha memiliki karakteristik khas seperti rentang fokus singkat dan kebutuhan pembelajaran interaktif, dengan pemahaman iman yang masih perlu dikembangkan. Sekolah telah berupaya menyesuaikan kegiatan pastoral melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital, media audiovisual, dan gamifikasi untuk memperkuat iman siswa secara lebih efektif dan relevan.

ABSTRACT

Yashinta Kristiana Lucky Mandasari: ?Implementation of the School Pastoral Program to Foster Faith Among Generation Alpha Students at SDK Budi Luhur Nganjuk?
Generation Alpha has grown up entirely in a digital environment, making them vulnerable to a spiritual identity crisis due to the pervasive culture of instant gratification and materialism in the virtual world. This study aims to describe the implementation of the School Pastoral Program, identify the characteristics and levels of faith experience among Generation Alpha students, and analyze the implementation of the School Pastoral Program to strengthen the faith of Generation Alpha students at SDK Budi Luhur Nganjuk.
The study employed a qualitative method with informants selected through purposive sampling, consisting of the principal, Catholic religious education teachers, and eight Generation Alpha students. Data were collected through structured interviews and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model.
The results indicate that the School Pastoral Program has been comprehensively implemented based on the five tasks of the Church; however, it remains dominated by lecture-based methods that lack variety. Generation Alpha students have distinctive characteristics, such as a short attention span and a need for interactive learning, with an understanding of faith that still needs to be developed. The school has made efforts to adapt pastoral activities through the use of digital technology, audiovisual media, and gamification to strengthen students? faith more effectively and in 	a more relevant way.
