"Pandangan Dan Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Orang Tua Non-Katolik Dalam Memilih SDK Santa Maria Pare Bagi Pendidikan Anak." SDK Santa Maria Pare merupakan Sekolah Dasar Katolik yang menerima peserta didik dari berbagai latar belakang agama, yaitu Katolik, Protestan, Islam, Buddha, dan Konghucu. Keberagaman latar belakang agama peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa SDK Santa Maria Pare tidak hanya menjadi pilihan bagi keluarga Katolik, tetapi juga dipercaya oleh orang tua non-Katolik sebagai tempat pendidikan bagi anak. Kondisi tersebut menjadi dasar untuk meneliti pandangan orang tua non-Katolik terhadap SDK Santa Maria Pare serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi orang tua milihan sekolah tersebut sebagai tempat pendidikan bagi anak-anak. Fenomena ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai pandangan dan faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi orang tua non-katolik dalam memilih SDK santa maria pare bagi pendidikan anak. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan orang tua non-Katolik serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi keputusan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara langsung terhadap delapan orang tua non Katolik yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Orang tua non Katolik adalah orang tua non-Katolik yang anaknya telah bersekolah di SDK Santa Maria Pare minimal lima tahun dan bersedia memberikan informasi secara jujur dan mendalam. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan dua hal utama. Pertama, seluruh orang tua non Katolik memiliki pandangan sangat positif terhadap SDK Santa Maria Pare, dengan keunggulan pada pembentukan karakter, kualitas tenaga pendidik, keunggulan akademik, fasilitas, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Seluruh orang tua non Katolik juga merasa diterima dan diperlakukan setara meskipun berbeda agama. Kedua, keputusan orang tua dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal terutama nilai moral seperti kejujuran, kedisiplinan, dan sopan santun serta harapan masa depan anak dan pengalaman positif keluarga; maupun faktor eksternal berupa fasilitas memadai, biaya terjangkau, lokasi strategis, reputasi melalui word of mouth, dan iklim toleransi beragama yang sehat. SDK Santa Maria Pare telah membuktikan diri sebagai lembaga pendidikan Katolik yang universal, terbuka, dan dipercaya masyarakat lintas agama. "Perspectives and Factors Influencing Non-Catholic Parents in Choosing SDK Santa Maria Pare for Their Children's Education." SDK Santa Maria Pare is a Catholic elementary school that accepts students from diverse religious backgrounds, including Catholic, Protestant, Islamic, Buddhist, and Confucian. This religious diversity among the student body demonstrates that the school is not merely a choice for Catholic families but is also trusted by non-Catholic parents as an educational institution for their children. This situation serves as the basis for examining the perspectives of non-Catholic parents regarding SDK Santa Maria Pare and the factors influencing their decision to select the school for their children's education. This phenomenon raises questions regarding the views and factors influencing non-Catholic parents in choosing SDK Santa Maria Pare. Therefore, this study aims to understand the perspectives of non-Catholic parents and identify the factors underlying their decision. The study employs a qualitative method, with data collected through face-to-face interviews with eight non-Catholic parents selected via purposive sampling. The participants were non-Catholic parents whose children had attended SDK Santa Maria Pare for at least five years and who were willing to provide honest and in-depth information. The study's findings highlight two main points. First, all non-Catholic parents hold a highly positive view of SDK Santa Maria Pare, particularly regarding character building, the quality of educators, academic excellence, facilities, and extracurricular activities. All non-Catholic parents also feel accepted and treated equally, despite their differing religious backgrounds. Second, the parents' decisions are influenced by internal factors primarily moral values such as honesty, discipline, and politeness, as well as hopes for their children's future and positive family experiences and by external factors, such as adequate facilities, affordable costs, a strategic location, a reputation spread through word-of-mouth, and a healthy climate of religious tolerance. SDK Santa Maria Pare has proven itself to be a Catholic educational institution that is universal, open, and trusted by the community across various religious faiths.
