Melihat dari permasalahan ini, diperlukan kajian secara mendalam mengenai motivasi panggilan dan keterlibatan umat dalam hidup berkomunitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan mengenai pemahaman tentang komunitas Paramadei, menguraikan bentuk keterlibatan anggotanya serta menganalisis motivasi panggilan dalam hidup menggereja. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka teori motivasi secara instrinsik dan ekstrinsik, teori hierarki kebutuhan Maslow, teori dua faktor Herzberg, teori self-determination dan self- tenscedence yang dihubungkan dengan konsep teologis panggilan dalam Gereja Katolik. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif dan dokumentasi. Simpel penelitian ditentukan dengan tekhnik purposive sampling yang melibatkan 10 informan yang terdiri dari: romo paroki, pengurus komunitas Paramadei serta anggota aktif komunitas Paramadei. Instrument penelitian merupakan pedoman wawancara semi terstruktur, lembar observasi serta dokumentasi kegiatan. Tekhnik amalisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan berkekelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunitas Paramadei dipahami sebagai salah satu dari kelompok kategorial yang memiliki tugas khusus, dalam merawat dan menjaga perlengapan liturgi dan tempat pembinaan iman khususnya anggota komunitas. Tingkat keterlibatan partisispasi dan konsisten yang tinggi dari anggota komunitas itu terjadi karena adanya unsur instrinsik yang menggerakan dan didukung oleh relasi kekeluargaan dalam komunitas, memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhaan iman, pengalaman spiritual dan hubungan social dalam komunitas dan paroki Penelitian ini menunjukan hahwa motivasi, keterlibatan anggota komunitas Paramadei, bersifat kuat, konsisten dan berakar pada kesadaran iman dan berperan penting sebagai sarana pembinaan iman dan partisipasi umat dalam kehidupan menggereja yang aktif, partisispatif dan berkelanjutan Kata kunci: Motivasi, Komunitas Paramadei, Hidup Menggereja, Panggilan Iman, Partisipasi Umat. =========================================================== Sekundus Hendrianus Pidi, "The Motivation of Calling of the Paramadei Community Members in Church Life at Mater Dei Parish Madiun”. The motivation and involvement of the faithful in the Paramadei Community at Mater Dei Parish Madiun not yet fully internalized as a vocation of faith, rather it is still only a formality. Considering the issue, it requires a comprehensive examination about the motivation of the community members in church life. The purpose of this research is to explain the understanding on Paramadei Community, to elaborate the type of involvement of all the members, as well as to analyze the motivation of calling in church life. This research applies motivational theory framework intrinsically and extrinsically, Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's two-factor theory, self-determination theory, and self-transcendence which is connected with the theological concept of calling in Catholic Church. This research is a descriptive Qualitative study with a case study approach. Technique in gathering data was done through in-depth interview, participative observation and documentations. The research sample was determined using purposive sampling, which involved ten informants: the parish priest, the Paramadei Community organizers, as well as active members of Paramadei Community. Research instruments serve as a guideline for semi-structured interviews observation sheet along with activity documentations. Data analysis technique applies Miles and Huberman's interactive model, which data simplification, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions in a systematic way and continuous. The result of this research has shown that the Paramadei Community is one of the categorial group which has a special task to take care and to monitor the liturgical equipment, places for spiritual formation of the community members. The involvement, participation, and highly consistency of the community members happened because of intrinsic components that mobilized and supported by family relationship in the community, giving the significant impact to the faith development, spiritual experience, social relationship in the community and parish.
