Pola kerja bergilir (shift), jam kerja panjang, serta tuntutan ekonomi dan industri mengakibatkan partisipasi umat dalam kehidupan menggereja cenderung terbatas.   	Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Informan penelitian berjumlah 10 (sepuluh) orang yang merupakan umat Katolik di Wilayah 2 Paroki Santa Perawan Maria yang bekerja sebagai buruh pabrik dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.    	Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dinamika kehidupan buruh pabrik diwarnai oleh rutinitas kerja yang padat dengan sistem shift, tekanan target produksi, tuntutan disiplin kerja yang ketat, serta kondisi perlindungan kerja dan penghasilan yang beragam. Hidup menggereja orang Katolik dipahami sebagai keterlibatan aktif dalam liturgi, pelayanan, persekutuan, perwujudan iman, dan pendidikan iman dalam keluarga yang didorong oleh kewajiban iman, kebiasaan, pengalaman pribadi, dan dorongan hati. Praktek hidup menggereja para buruh menunjukkan dinamika beragam, dari keterlibatan aktif hingga pasif, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal, seperti kesadaran iman, motivasi pribadi, dan faktor eksternal, seperti sistem kerja shift, lembur, dan keterbatasan waktu. Upaya yang dipelrukan meliputi pendekatan persuasif, penyediaan wadah komunitas khusus, penyadaran diri, serta kerjasama antar umat dan Gereja.  Kata kunci: Praktek Hidup Menggereja, Buruh Pabrik.    ===========================================================    Regina Pramesti Nareswari: The Practice of Church Life of factory workers in Region 2 of Santa Perawan Maria Parish Gresik.    	This study was motivated by the low level of participation of Catholic factory workers in church life within Region 2 of Santa Perawan Maria Parish Gresik. Most parishioners in this region work as factory laborers in large companies such as PT Wilmar Nabati and several other manufacturing companies. Shift work schedules, long working hours, and economic and industrial demands have limited their participation in the life of the Church.  	This study employed a qualitative research method. Data were collected through observation and interviews. The research involved ten Catholic factory workers from Region 2 of Santa Perawan Maria Parish Gresik., who were selected using a purposive sampling technique.  	The findings revealed that the lives of factory workers are characterized by demanding work routines involving shift systems, production target pressures, strict work discipline, and varying levels of occupational protection and income. Catholic church life is understood as active participation in the liturgy, ministry, fellowship, the living out of faith, and faith formation within the family, motivated by religious obligations, habitual practice, personal experiences, and inner conviction. The practice of church life among factory workers demonstrates varying levels of participation, ranging from active to passive involvement. This participation is influenced by internal factors, such as faith awareness and personal motivation, as well as external factors, including shift work, overtime, and limited time availability. Efforts to enhance their participation include adopting persuasive approaches, establishing dedicated community groups, fostering self-awareness, and strengthening collaboration between parishioners and the Church.
