Pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Guru sebagai pendidik profesional dituntut tidak hanya menguasai aspek akademik, tetapi juga memiliki kompetensi kepribadian yang mantap, stabil, dan mampu menjadi teladan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pengelolaan kompetensi kepribadian guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran siswa, khususnya di SMA Pangudi Luhur Bandar Lampung yang &#13;
memiliki komitmen terhadap pembinaan karakter dan mutu Pendidikan. &#13;
Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah menjawab pertanyaan:bagaimana pelaksanaan pengelolaan kompetensi kepribadian guru dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran siswa di kelas? Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara semi terstruktur dengan kepala sekolah dan guru, serta studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan tahapan kondensasi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan menggunakan teknik &#13;
triangulasi untuk menjaga keabsahan. &#13;
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, pengelolaan kompetensi kepribadian guru terbukti berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran siswa. Strategi yang terencana, pengawasan berkelanjutan, &#13;
serta dukungan sekolah menjadi faktor kunci dalam membentuk iklim belajar yang kondusif, inspiratif, dan bermakna. &#13;

Education plays a strategic role in shaping qualified human resources. Teachers, as professional educators, are required not only to master academic aspects but also to possess strong and stable personality competence, serving as &#13;
role models. This research is motivated by the importance of managing teachers’ personality competence in improving the quality of student learning, particularly at Pangudi Luhur High School, Bandar Lampung, a school committed to &#13;
character building and educational quality. &#13;
The main objective of this study is to answer the question: how is the management of teachers’ personality competence implemented to improve the quality of student learning in the classroom? This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews with the principal and teachers, as well as documentation study. Data were analyzed descriptively through data condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with triangulation &#13;
techniques applied to ensure validity. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the management of &#13;
teachers’ personality competence contributes positively to the improvement of student learning quality. Planned strategies, continuous supervision, and institutional support are key factors in shaping a conducive, inspiring, and meaningful learning climate. &#13;
