Abstract
ABSTRAK
Astuti, Ana Yulia: Relevansi Keutamaan-Keutamaan Santo Yosef Menurut Surat Apostolik Patris Corde Bagi Keluarga Katolik Dewasa Ini.
Situasi keluarga modern menampilkan aspek-aspek positif seperti kesadaran akan kebebasan, perhatian antar pribadi, dan tumbuhnya keturunan secara bertanggung jawab. Namun juga menampilkan aspek-aspek negatif seperti salah pengertian teoritas maupun praktis tentang tergantungnya suami istri, salah paham yang serius mengenai hubungan kewajiban orang tua dan anak, kesukaran-kesukaran konkret dalam menyatukan nilai-nilai, cinta diri, dan gila kenikmatan. Selain itu, terdapat tantangan-tantangan lainnya dalam hidup perkawinan seperti poligami, malapetaka perceraian, dan perceraian bebas. Realitas tersebut menjadi titik tolak panggilan bagi keluarga Katolik dewasa ini untuk berpaling kepada Santo Yosef dan mengikuti teladannya. Penghormatan Gereja terhadap Santo Yosef kembali dinyatakan pada 8 Desember 2020 dimana Paus Fransiskus mengeluarkan Surat Apostolik Patris Corde (Dengan Hati Seorang Bapa) bertepatan dengan peringatan 150 tahun pemakluman Santo Yosef sebagai Pelindung Gereja Semesta dan sekaligus menetapkan peringatan tahun Santo Yosef yang berlangsung hingga 8 Desember 2021. Berdasar latar belakang masalah tersebut, dirumuskan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: 1) Bagaimana isi dari Surat Apostolik Patris Corde? 2) Bagaimana relevansi keutamaan-keutamaan Santo Yosef menurut Surat Apostolik Patris Corde bagi keluarga Katolik dewasa ini?
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Memaparkan isi dari Surat Apostolik Patris Corde; 2) Menjelaskan relevansi keutamaan-keutamaan Santo Yosef menurut Surat Apostolik Patris Corde bagi keluarga Katolik dewasa ini. Peneliti menggunakan metode studi pustaka dalam mencapai tujuan penelitian ini. Metode studi pustaka adalah kegiatan dengan teknik pengumpulan data berhubungan dengan masalah yang akan dipecahkan. Dilakukan dengan menelusuri sumber tertulis pada Kitab Suci, dokumen Gereja, buku, skripsi, dan jurnal, serta artikel dalam internet yang relevan dengan topik penelitian.
Penelitian ini menyimpulkan: Keutamaan-keutamaan Santo Yosef menurut Surat Apostolik Patris Corde adalah 1) Yosef, bapak yang dikasihi; 2) Yosef, bapak yang lembut dan penuh kasih; 3) Yosef, bapak yang taat; 4) Yosef, bapak yang menerima; 5) Yosef, bapak yang berani secara kreatif; 6) Yosef, bapak yang bekerja; 7) Yosef, bapak dalam bayang-bayang. Keutamaan-keutamaan Santo Yosef menurut Surat Apostolik Patris Corde sangat relevan bagi kehidupan keluarga Katolik dewasa ini dengan selalu setia kepada pasangan, terbuka terhadap keturunan, memberikan teladan kepada anak, menerima satu sama lain tanpa syarat apapun, keberanian kreatif untuk menangani tantangan dan kesulitan, selalu jujur, dan bekerja sama dengan Allah, serta anak melihat kasih kebaikan Allah dalam diri orang tua.
Kata Kunci: Patris Corde, Keutamaan-Keutamaan Santo Yosef, Keluarga Katolik.

Astuti, Ana Yulia: Astuti, Ana Yulia: The Relevance of Virtues of Saint Joseph According to the Patris Corde Apostolic Letter for the Contemporary Catholic Families.
Situation of the modern Families display positive aspects such as awareness of freedom, interpersonal care, the responsible growth of descendants. However, it displays negative aspects such as misunderstanding theoretical as well as practical about the dependency between husband and wife, serious misunderstanding about the relationship of parental and child responsibilities, concrete difficulties in bringing values together, self-love, and addicted to pleasure. Furthermore, there are challenges in marital life such as polygamy, the disaster of divorce, unrestricted divorce. The said realities be the starting point of the call for the Contemporary Catholic Families to turn toward Saint Joseph and follow his example. The church veneration for Saint Joseph is reaffirmed on December 08, 2020 where Pope Francis issuing The Patris Corde Apostolic Letter (With a Father’s heart) coinciding with the 150th anniversary at proclamation of Saint Joseph as patron of universal church and at the some time, declared the year of Saint Joseph, which will last until December 08, 2021. Based on the background of the said problem, the problem statement is formulated as follows: 1) What is the content of the Patris Corde Apostolic Letter? 2) What is the relevance of the virtues of Saint Joseph according to the Patris Corde Apostolic Letter for the contemporary Catholic Families?
The research aims: 1) Explain the contents of the Patris Corde Apostolic Letter; 2) Explain the relevance of the virtues of Saint Joseph according to the Patris Corde Apostolic Letter for the Contemporary Catholic Families. This research employs literature study method in achieving the objectives of this research. The literature study method is activities that involving data collection techniques are related to the problem to be solved. It is conducted by examining written sources in Holy Bible, Church documents, books, and thesis journal, and also articles on the internet that relevant to the research topic.
This research concluded: the virtues of Saint Joseph according to the Patris Corde Apostolic Letter are 1) Joseph, the beloved father; 2) Joseph, a gentle and humble father; 3) Joseph, the obedient father; 4) Joseph, the father who accepts; 5) Joseph, the creatively courageous father; 6) Joseph, the working father; 7) Joseph, father in the shadows. The virtues of Saint Joseph according to Patris Corde Apostolic Letter highly meaningful for the contemporary Catholic Families life that always faithful to one’s partner, openness to the children, showing example to the children, accept one another unconditionally, creative courage to tackle challenges and difficulties, always be honest, working together with God, as well as children see the goodness of God through parents.
