Abstract
ABSTRAK
Ninu Lius:” Strategi Penanganan Bullying di Sekolah Dasar Studi Kasus SDK Krida Dharma Blora”
Bullying merupakan salah satu permasalahan serius yang kerap terjadi di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Perilaku ini tidak hanya berdampak pada perkembangan psikologis siswa, tetapi juga memengaruhi iklim pembelajaran serta pembentukan karakter anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi penanganan melalui pendidikan karakter di SDK Krida Dharma Blora.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, serta analisis dokumen terkait kebijakan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi penanganan bullying di SDK Krida Dharma Blora dilakukan melalui tiga pendekatan utama, yaitu: (1) integrasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter ke dalam mata pelajaran dan kegiatan harian; (2) pembiasaan sikap positif melalui kegiatan doa bersama, refleksi, dan pembinaan karakter; serta (3) kerjasama antara guru, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah dalam membangun lingkungan belajar yang aman dan harmonis.
Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan karakter menjadi instrumen yang efektif dalam mencegah dan menangani kasus bullying di sekolah dasar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya konsistensi penerapan pendidikan karakter dan keterlibatan seluruh komponen sekolah dalam menciptakan budaya anti.

ABSTRACT
Ninu Lius: Strategies for Handling in Primary Schools: A Case Study at SDK Krida Dharma Blora
Bullying is one of the serious issues which often happens in the Elementary School. This behavior not only has an impact on the psychological development of the students, but also influences the development al climate and character formation of the child. This research aims to describe the strategy in handling through character education at Krida Dharma Catholic Elementary School, Blora.
The research method used is qualitative approach with type of case study. Data collection is done through observation, interview with teachers and students, and along with document analysis that related to school policy. The results of this research have shown that the strategy in handling at Krida Dharma Catholic Elementary School, Blora was done through three main approaches, namely: (1) the integration of values of character education into the lessons and daily activities; (2) cultivating positive attitudes through praying together, reflection, and character formation; and (3) collaboration between teachers, parents, and the school authorities in building learning environment where peace and harmony are present.
This research concludes that character education becomes an effective instrument in preventing and handling at elementary school. The implication of this research is the importance of consistency in implementation of character
education and the involvement of all school components in creating the anti- culture.
