Abstract
ABSTRAK
Markus Rabianus Mitron “Relevansi Program Magang Pastoral Paroki Dalam Menumbuhkan Karkater Kepedulian Sosial Mahasiswa STKIP Widya Yuwana Madiun”
Pada dasarnya Program magang Pastoral Paroki merupakan bentuk nyata dalam proses pekuliahan di STKIP Widya Yuwana untuk menunjang Pendidikan mahasiswa kearah yang lebih rasional dalam proses perkuliahannya. Dalam hal ini mahasiswa mendapatkan banyak wawasan secara langsung (real) sehingga mahasiswa lebih mampu dan memahami proses yang terjadi di dunia kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab pertayaan pokok, yaitu: Bagaimana Relevansi Program Magang Pastoral Paroki dalam menumbuhkan karkater kepedulian sosial mahasiswa STKIP Widya Yuwana Madiun?
Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara terstruktur yang dilaksanakan di Kampus STKIP Widya Yuwana Kota Madiun. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa STKIP Widya Yuwana semester delapan (8) Tahun Akademik 2022/2023 yang berjumlah sepuluh (10) orang dan yang sudah lulus Program Magang Pastoral Paroki. Responden dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Program Magang Pastoral Paroki sangat relevan dalam menumbukan karkater kepedulian sosial mahasiswa STKIP Widya Yuwana Madiun. Kompetensi katekese kontekstual dalam Program Magang Pastoral Paroki menjadi kompetensi yang paling membantu dalam menumbuhkan karkater kepedulian sosial. Namun dalam melaksanaan Program Magang Pastoral Paroki tersebut terdapat berbagai tantangan bagi para mahasiswa yakni penyesuaian diri dan memiliki rasa malas dalam dirinya dalam melaksanakan Program Magang Pastoral Paroki sehingga membuat mahasiswa merasa terhambat untuk menumbuhkan karkater kepedulian sosial. Berhadapan dengan tantangan tersebut, mahasiwa diharapkan mampu mengevaluasi diri sendiri agar menjadi pribadi yang baik.

Markus Rabianus Mitron: “The Relevance of the Parish Pastoral Internship Program in Cultivating the Character of Social Awareness among the Students of STKIP Widya Yuwana Madiun"
In essence, the Parish Pastoral Internship Program is a tangible form of the educational process at STKIP Widya Yuwana aimed at supporting students' education towards a more rational direction in their academic journey. In this case, students gain numerous insights, enabling them to become more capable and understand the processes that happen in the professional world. This research is conducted to answer the main question: How does the Parish Pastoral Internship Program influence the cultivation of social concern among students of STKIP Widya Yuwana Madiun?
The data analysis technique for this research utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection is carried out through structured interviews conducted at the STKIP Widya Yuwana Campus in Madiun. The respondents of this research are ten, all are from eighth-semester students of STKIP Widya Yuwana, Academic Year 2022/2023, who have accomplished the Parish Pastoral Internship Program. The respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique.
The research results indicate that the implementation of the Parish Pastoral Internship Program has a significant influence in cultivating the character of social awareness among the students of STKIP Widya Yuwana Madiun. The contextual catechesis competence in the Parish Pastoral Internship Program becomes the most helpful competence in building social concern among the students. However, during the implementation of the Parish Pastoral Internship Program, there are various challenges for the students, such as self-adjustment and a sense of laziness in carrying out the program. These challenges hinder the students from cultivating social concern effectively. Faced with these challenges, students are expected to be capable of self-evaluation to become better individuals
