Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui keefektifan sistem pembelajaran kelas K-24, serta mengeksplor perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan (controlling), dan evaluasi sistem pembelajaran kelas K-24 di SD Katolik Santa Theresia Surabaya. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan masalah peran orang tua yang terlalu memegang kendali sekolah, guru tidak diijinkan memberikan ulangan pada hari Senin, pembelajaran yang kurang efektif, pemberian ulangan harian harus mengikuti latihan soal yang diberikan, siswa beberapa belum lancar berbahasa Inggris, partner guru kurang memahami Bahasa Inggris, siswa lelah saat pembelajaran.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dengan informan yaitu Guru kelas K-24 dan kepala sekolah di SD Katolik Santa Theresia Surabaya. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara, teknik observasi, dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pembelajaran K-24 telah menerapkan komponen sistem pembelajaran. Persiapan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan mengadakan rapat kerja bersama, membuat perangkat pembelajaran, dan keterlibatan orang tua dalam persiapan pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran sesuai dengan acuan umum Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang terdiri dari; pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup. Dalam proses pembelajaran kelas K-24 di SD Katolik Santa Theresia Surabaya menggunakan dua bahasa yakni: bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris. Pengawasan pembelajaran bertujuan untuk peningkatan kualitas guru dalam mengajar. Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan untuk keberhasilan dari peserta didik, mengajar guru, dan program pembelajaran.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the K-24 grade learning system, as well as explore the planning, implementation, controlling, and evaluation of the K-24 grade learning system at Santa Theresia Catholic Elementary School Surabaya. This research was motivated by the problem of the role of parents who are too in control of the school, teachers are not allowed to give tests on Monday, learning is less effective, giving daily tests must follow the practice questions given, some students are not fluent in English, teacher partners do not understand English, students are tired when learning.
This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method with informants, namely grade K-24 teachers and principals at Santa Theresia Catholic Elementary School Surabaya. In collecting data, researchers use interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.
Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the K-24 learning system has implemented learning system components. Learning preparation is carried out by holding joint work meetings, making learning tools, and parental involvement in learning preparation. The implementation of learning is in accordance with the general reference of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) which consists of; introduction, core, and closing. In the learning process of grades K-24 at Santa Theresia Catholic Elementary School Surabaya using two languages, namely: Indonesian and English. Learning supervision aims to improve the quality of teachers in teaching. Learning evaluation is carried out for the success of learners, teacher teaching, and learning programs.
