Abstract
Fransisca Putri Andita: Pandangan Peserta Study Group YOUCAT Tentang Metode Know, Share, Meet, Express dalam Kegiatan Katekese
YOUCAT Indonesia adalah gerakan anak muda yang bertujuan menjadikan anak muda sebagai garam dan terang dunia. YOUCAT Indonesia memiliki beberapa karya, salah satunya ialah kegiatan Study Group. Kegiatan Study Group merupakan katekese yang dipandu oleh fasilitator dan berisi beberapa orang lain sebagai peserta. Dalam pelaksanaannya, Study Group menggunakan metode yang disebut dengan metode know, share, meet, express (KSME). Metode tersebut memanglah sudah sering digunakan oleh YOUCAT, namun bagaimana pandangan peserta terhadap metode KSME? Adakah keuntungan yang didapatkan oleh peserta? Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui yang dimaksud dengan YOUCAT, (2) Mengetahui yang dimaksud dengan metode Know, Share, Meet, Expres (KSME) dalam kegiatan katekese YOUCAT, (3) Mengetahui pandangan peserta Study Group YOUCAT tentang metode Know, Share,Meet, Expres (KSME) dalam kegiatan katekese.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Metode kualitatif sering disebut sebagai metode baru dalam penelitian karena baru saja populer pada tahun 1900 dan berlandaskan filsafat postpositivisme. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teknik interview atau wawancara. Penelitian dilakukan secara daring (dalam jaringan) dan juga luring (luar jaringan). Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta Study Group yang telah mengikuti pertemuan Study Group minimal 5 kali pertemuan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta Study Group memiliki pandangan yang baik terhadap metode KSME dalam katekese. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan peserta Study Group mampu menyebutkan alasan-alasan mengapa Study Group dengan metode KSME sangat membantu peserta untuk memahami dan menghayati ajaran Gereja. Selain itu peserta mampu menyebutkan kelebihan yang dimiliki oleh Study Group dibandingkan dengan katekese yang lain. Selanjutnya, peserta Study Group tidak luput memberikan saran tentang hal-hal yang perlu diperbaiki agar Study Group dengan metode KSME.

Fransisca Putri Andita: The Views of YOUCAT Study Group Participants About the Know, Share, Meet, Express Method in Catechesis Activities
YOUCAT Indonesia is a youth movement that aims to make young people the salt and light of the world. YOUCAT Indonesia has several works, one of which is Study Group activities. The Study Group activity is a catechesis which is guided by the facilitator and contains several other people as participants. In its implementation, the Study Group uses a method called the know, share, meet, express (KSME) method. This method has often been used by YOUCAT, but what are the participants' views on the KSME method? Are there any benefits for participants? Therefore, this study aims to (1) find out what YOUCAT means, (2) find out what is meant by the Know, Share, Meet, Express (KSME) method in YOUCAT catechism activities, (3) find out the views of YOUCAT Study Group participants about Know, Share, Meet, Express (KSME) method in catechesis activities.
This study used a qualitative method. Qualitative methods are often referred to as new methods in research because they were just popular in 1900 and are based on the philosophy of postpositivism. To obtain research data, researchers used interview techniques. Research is conducted online (in the network) and offline (outside the network). Informants in this study are Study Group participants who have attended Study Group meetings at least 5 times.
The results showed that the Study Group participants had a favorable view of the KSME method in catechesis. This is shown by the Study Group participants being able to state the reasons why the Study Group using the KSME method really helps participants to understand and live the Church's teachings. In addition, participants were able to mention the advantages possessed by the Study Group compared to other catechesis. Furthermore, the Study Group participants did not fail to provide suggestions on things that need to be improved so that the Study Group using the KSME method is getting better.
