Abstract
Maria Raineldis Mandonsa : Pemahaman Dan Penghayatan Para Guru SD St. Fransiskus Assisi, Sragen Terhadap Spiritualitas Kongregasi SFS
Spiritualitas SFS bertujuan membangun dan menginspirasi setiap komunitas SFS untuk menjunjung tinggi nilai kasih Yesus Kristus Injili dan kasih persaudaraan yang ditopang oleh pertobatan, doa, pelayanan dan kesederhanaan hidup.
Kehadiran dan karya para suster SFS dalam bidang pendidikan sebagai guru dan pendamping di sekolah diharapkan senantiasa dijiwai oleh semangat kasih Injili dan persaudaraan. Alasannya kasih injil dan persaudaraan ini merupakan sarana dan motivasi hidup yang dapat mengajak dan menggerakkan seluruh pegawai dan guru di sekolah untuk membentuk dan membekali diri agar menjadi pribadi yang baik dan berguna bagi peserta didik.
Para guru diajak, didorong dan dimotivasi untuk memahamai dan menghayati elemen-elemen dasar spiritualitas SFS dalam hidup dan dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai guru di sekolah.
Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah minimnya pengetahuan tentang pemahman dan penghayatan para guru terhadap elemen-elemen dasar Spiritualitas SFS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menganalisis pemahaman dan penghayatan para guru terhadap elemen-elemen spiritualitas SFS.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah para guru SD ST. Fransiskus Assisi, Sragen.
Hasil analisa penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa mayoritas 6 (100%) responden memahamai dan menghayati tentang hakekat spiritualitas SFS. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas 6 (100 %) responden dapat mengidentifikasi elemen- elemen penting dari spiritualitas SFS. Selain itu, mayoritas 4 (66,7%) responden mengatakan menghayati spiritualitas SFS.

Maria Raineldis Mandonsa: The Comprehension and live of The Teachers of St. Fransiskus Assisi Elementary School in Sragen to the Spirituality of SFS Congregation.
The spirit of SFS intents to build and inspire every SFS community to uphold the Gospel’s value of love of Jesus Christ and fraternal love which is supported by repentance, prayer, sevice and simplicity of life.
The presence and work of the SFS sisters inthe education service as teachers and assistants in schools should be inspired by the spirit of Gospel of love and fraternity. The reason is this: love of the gospel and fraternity which can be a medium and motivation for life could invite and stir all emploees and teachers in schools to form and equip themselves to be better and helpful for students.
Teachers are invited, encouraged and motivated and live the basic elements of SFS spirituality in life and in their roles as teachers in school.
The main issue in this study is the lack of knowledge about the understanding and appreciation of teachers to the basic elements of SFS Spirituality. The purpose of this study is to analyze the teachers’ understanding and appreciation of those elements.
The research method used in this study is qualitative research. The respondents were the teachers of Sain francis of Assisi Elementar School in Sragen.
The results of the research reveal that the majority of 6 (100%) respondents understand and appreciate the esseance of SFS spirituality. The same results also show that the majority of 6 (100%) respondents can identify the important elements of SFS spirituality. In addition, the majority of 4 (66,7%) respondents said that they live the spirituality of SFS.
