Abstract

The teaching pattern of Jesus is at the core of the teaching of teachers who teach Catholic Religious Education because Jesus in teaching is not just a formality but Jesus always teaches with love and love. The teaching pattern of Jesus should be imitated by all believers, including teachers. But in reality, it is not uncommon for teachers to encounter teachers in carrying out their profession only to the extent of fulfilling their teaching obligations. Based on these problems, the following problems were formulated: What is the relevance of the teaching pattern of Jesus for the teaching of Catholic Religious Teachers in schools in Madiun City. Through this research, it is expected to know the extent to which Catholic Religious Teachers apply the Jesus Teaching Pattern to their teaching.
This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection method used in this study was to use direct interviews, short messages, and Voice Notes on Whatsapp. There were 10 respondents who were selected usingtechnique purposive sampling. Respondents are Catholic Religious Education Teachers in Schools in Madiun City.
The results showed that some Catholic Religious Education Teachers have used Jesus' Teaching Patterns in their teaching, such as Catholic Religious Education Teachers in teaching have used parables, Catholic Religious Education Teachers in teaching see students as their own friends, similar to what Jesus did to followers. The progress felt by Catholic Religious Education Teachers after following Jesus' teaching pattern: Catholic Religious Education Teachers feel accepted by students, Catholic Religion Teachers carry out the profession as a form of service.

Pola pengajaran Yesus merupakan inti dari pengajaran guru yang mengajar Pendidikan Agama Katolik karena Yesus dalam mengajar tidak hanya sekedar formalitas belaka tetapi Yesus senantiasa mengajar dengan penuh cinta dan kasih. Pola pengajaran Yesus hendaknya dapat diteladani oleh semua orang beriman termasuk guru. Tetapi dalam realitanya tak jarang di jumpai guru dalam menjalani profesinya hanya sebatas terpenuhinya kewajiban mengajar. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dirumuskan beberapa masalah sebagai berikut : Apa relevansi Pola pengajaran Yesus bagi pengajaran Guru Agama Katolik di Sekolah-sekolah di Kota Madiun. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui sejauh mana Guru Agama Katolik menerapkan Pola Pengajaran Yesus terhadap pengajarannya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan wawancara baik itu secara langsung, pesan singkat, dan Voice Note di Whatsapp. Ada 10 responden yang di pilih menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Responden merupakan Guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik di Sekolah-sekolah di Kota Madiun.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik sebagian sudah menggunakan Pola Pengajaran Yesus dalam pengajaranya seperti Guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik dalam mengajar sudah menggunakan perumpamaan, Guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik dalam mengajar melihat peserta didik seperti sahabatnya sendiri sama dengan yang dilakukan oleh Yesus kepada pengikutnya. Adapun progress yang dirasakan oleh Guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik setelah mengikuti Pola pengajaran yang dilakukan Yesus : Guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik merasa diterima oleh peserta didik, Guru Agama Katolik menjalankan profesi sebagai suatu bentuk pelayanan.
